Fertilizers for the BIO-GREEN Automatic Fertilizing Systems: All of our fertilizers are designed for the patented Bio-Green proportioning systems. The maximum feed ratio are equivalent to 2 teaspoons per gallon of water.This allows you to provide your plants very small amounts of nutrients on a regular basis. This process is referred to as spoon-feeding. Spoon-feeding permits plants the most environmentally friendly way to feeding all plant material by only delivering what the plant needs in the way of nutrients. Thus avoiding the supply of excess nutrients that could potentially run off and harm the environment. Below you will find our environmentally friendly fertilizers that are designed to fulfill your plants nutritional needs as they change throughout their growing season.
30-10-10 - This formula is an excellent choice for an early spring jump-start and again in the fall for a boost just before the temperature drops and the plants metabolism begins to slow down and go dormant prematurely. It can be used any time when an immediate boost is needed or the plants you are feeding love nitrogen. It also promotes excellent color, vigorous roots and rapid vegetative growth. It will provide immediate but gentle nourishment in a form of application that can overcome and bypass other nutrient complications due to soil problems. This formula provides an acid rich diet many plants need and also provides instant green-up for yellow chlorotic leaves. This formula helps bring high alkaline soil conditions and Ph levels back down to a more neutral reading. By bringing the Ph levels down, this unlocks many nutrients that are tied up in the soil making them available to the plant. All of our Injector Fertilizers contain essential micronutrients to enhance our formulas.
28-18-08 - This formula is perfect for late spring to provide the necessary phosphorus to aid flowering plants as well as feeder root development. This formula also provides the acid rich diet many plants desire and does an excellent job in counteracting the alkalizing action of hard water, and supplies a generous amount of Chelated iron in addition to the major elements present. It is an excellent formula for general landscape in alkaline conditions or if you want to lower the Ph in your soil. It should not be used in area’s where the Ph is very low already. If your landscape is full of flowering plants, this formula will stimulate them to bring out blooms to exceed your expectations. It also contains all of the essential micronutrients all plants need to obtain maximum health.
17-17-17 - This formula is the most versatile of all the different formulations. It is an excellent choice in providing a balance for both major and minor elements and should be used when your not sure of your plants best nutritional choice. Designed to provide immediate but gentle nourishment in a form that maximizes plant utilization of the nutrients. This form of delivery and uptake virtually eliminates any transplant shock when applied through our Automatic Fertilizing systems on new landscape installations. It also helps the critical root development stage to ensure consistent steady growth and a long and healthy life for your landscape investment. This formula has proved to be extremely successful at a very wide range of soil temperatures. It has been found to be the best choice of fertilizer when the soil temperature rises above 90°. We have also increased the iron in this formula, which is critical to the photosynthesis process, which provides the deep green color we all strive to achieve. As with our other formulas this analysis contains all of the essential micronutrients needed to ensure proper plant health.
15-0-15 - This formula is best used in areas of the country accustomed to applying lime to their soils to help raise the pH in the soil. It will also help to correct calcium deficiencies
