To facilitate your return, we ask that you note the following:
- The product must be in new, and unused condition with all original packaging materials, unused warranty cards, and instruction booklets. Any indication of installation or Use and no credit will be issued. Electronic devices are eligible for Warranty only.
- Before returning an item, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by requesting by e-mail Return Authorizations. Or, by calling (952) 474-1884.
- The RMA number must be written on your original packing slip and on the return shipping label. Any returned items that are not accompanied by our RMA number will not be accepted. A return may void a multiple purchase discount and/or Free Shipping.
- All returns will be credited the full purchase price, minus shipping charges, and will be made in the same manner as the original purchase.
- Returns must be sent prepaid and insured for the full price by a trackable carrier such as UPS or Federal Express with tracking information.
Irrigation Supplies
- Customer satisfaction is our top priority. As the Internet's largest Irrigation Suppliers, every transaction must result in a pleasant, convenient and successful shopping experience. If it is not, we are happy to offer a refund on the return of any purchase within 30 days from receipt, with the exception of Electronic Devices. Electronic devices may be exchanged with-in 30 days (minus shipping charges) for the same item if defective.
- Within 30 days, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, you may return the item for a full credit on the purchase price (minus shipping charges) and a 15% re-stocking fee.
- We will make every effort to provide you with the support to help troubleshoot any problems you may have with products purchased from us. You can buy with the confidence that if you have selected the wrong product, or the product does not perform to your expectations, you may return it.
Lighting Fixtures & Supplies
- Because of the tremendous selection of Manufacturers, fixtures and colors, All Lighting Sales are Final. We will in some instances make exceptions for our more popular fixtures on a case by case basis. In these cases, shipping charges will be deducted, and a re-stocking fee from 25%-50% will be applied depending on the manufacturers policy. If you have questions or doubts, order a single fixture first. This applies to all sales quoted from the website, by phone or in the store.
Log Furniture
- Checking or Cracks in the logs used to build our log furniture are not defects. Checking occurs naturally during the drying process and does not structurally affect the log. If you are not satisfied with your log furniture purchase, and you have not altered it in any way you may return it at your expense (you pay shipping), minus a 25% restocking fee (30% for common carrier shipments) for a refund except defective or damaged merchandise, which will be replaced at our expense.
Damaged/Defective Merchandise
- In the case of damaged or defective products, At our discretion, we may replace the damaged/defective part or the entire item, and submit it for replacement.
- All returns must be in the original packaging and in original condition, with serial numbers intact.
- All returns MUST be clean. Sprinklers must be washed prior to return. NOTE - We will simply dispose of any items returned soiled. Therefore it is in your best interest to clean sprinklers prior to sending them for warranty.
This policy is very clear, failure to comply with any part will result in loss of your right to receive a replacement product.
- No credit is issued for warranty goods.
- We do not pay shipping either direction for warranty or defective goods. Our sole obligation will be to replace the item.
